Church Planters Unite! Velocity 2011

My favorite conference is almost here!  Church planters from all over the country will converge on the campus of MLC on February 21 and 22 to become better equipped to plant and lead vibrant, healthy churches in their own communities.  I love mixing and mingling at Velocity each year.  I get to hear what God is doing in other churches, get new ideas, hang out with some cool people, and listen to some dynamic speakers.

But, do you know what my favorite part is?  Worship.  There’s something awe-inspiring about being in a room full of men and women who have given their entire lives -personally and professionally – to serving Jesus.  Knowing the hearts of these people – that they have such love for their Lord and His Bride….well, I love worshiping God alongside them.

Worship won’t be the only incredible part, though.  We’ll learn tons about how to successfully plant healthy churches, lead teams, hire well, develop systems, maintain healthy marriages, and all-in-all live the dream.  Over the next few weeks, I’ll share more about Velocity 2011 and in a weekly series as we countdown to the conference.

In the meantime, if you are planting a church or just thinking about it, this is a conference you should not miss!  Pastors, support staff, volunteers, and spouses…..GET EVERYONE ON YOUR TEAM HERE!! You’ll benefit immensely from the coaching you’ll receive and the networking you’ll do.  And, here’s the best part: we’re offering the BLIZZARD SPECIAL!!  Registration costs only $79.  The deal ends this Thursday at the end of the business day.

Join us at Velocity and let us help you navigate the church planting waters.  Click the link above to register.  Check back here on every Tuesday for a inside look at Velocity 2011.
